School Wide Positive Behaviour Supports (SWPBS), Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships is taught across the College within all F-9 classrooms. During these learning experiences, the College Values of Learn, Respect, Resilience and Responsibility are explicitly taught.
F-4 teachers are responsible for the delivery of the SWPBS curriculum within Social Circles that occur after recess and lunch. The Year 5-9 Health and Physical Education teachers explicitly teach the Student Empowerment Curriculum throughout all learning experiences.

The ‘7-9 Thrive’ program meets Truganina P-9 College’s aim of developing active learners, leaders and citizens through the provision of a range of social, emotional and critical thinking learning opportunities. It develops the learner holistically, by providing instruction in Respectful Relationships, Careers and Work-Readiness, Goal Setting, Metacognition and Collaboration.
‘7-9 Thrive’ will equip students with a set of thinking tools and knowledge that allows them to engage meaningfully in their learning and their educational pathways.
